Community Detox Support Worker

Peripatetic Administrator

The Basement Recovery Project has been successful in receiving funding from Calderdale CCG to develop to new pilot projects in Calderdale. As a result of this development, we are seeking to recruit a flexible and well-organised administrator to support the various projects within TBRP and join the TBRP community. The role will be varied and the successful candidate will be expected to show initiative to meet the needs of our staff, volunteers and clients. We require someone who has experience in administration with the health and social care sector, but more importantly, we are looking for someone who has a good understanding and empathy with our client group. Trainee Project Support Worker

TBRP are pleased to announce a temporary vacancy for a trainee support worker. For people new into this field, this is an opportunity to gain valuable experience within the conn3ct social rehabilitation service. Your role will be working alongside the teams which make up the three elements of support; housing, ETE and aftercare therapy, gaining insight into supporting people affected by substance and alcohol misuse and specifically, helping to build individuals recovery capital, confidence and skills as they make the journeys through recovery. Residential Manager

The Basement Therapeutic Community Project (TBTCP) is a safe, secure, practical and supported residential accommodation service for people who are in the early stages of recovery from alcohol / drug addiction. Our model of service delivery is centred on peer support and TBRP is actively seeking candidates who can demonstrate identification for this model and the clients we serve.

Recovery Navigator

The Navigator is responsible for engaging new individuals onto the service by working closely in partnership with recovery providers and with people in recovery from substance misuse, and for contributing to the wider aims of the service formed by a partnership between The Basement Recovery Project and Horton Housing. The Navigator will ensure the service is well known, visible and accessible to potential beneficiaries and will provide to these throughout the Kirklees district Information Advice and Guidance. The Navigator will undertake signposting and referrals to all. Where a brief assessment indicates it is appropriate referral will be made to an Employment Caseworker, a colleague within the partnership service.
